2. Did you test your equipment?

If you have not had a test call with the MGH Center for TeleHealth, please contact us at 617-724-2654 to do so. This will help ensure that your virtual visit goes as smoothly as possible!

3. Do you know your username/password?

Your user name is probably the email address you registered with. If you forgot your password, you can reset it here.

  1. What devices can I connect from?

    You can use most computers [Windows or Mac] and tablets with a webcam.

  2. Is the connection between myself and my clinician secure and private?

    Yes, just like a regular doctor's appointment, your virtual visit is entirely private and confidential. Virtual visits are never recorded or shared. However, it is very important that you conduct your visits in a private location!



We know what time to be on and we just connect. I find a sense of comfort doing virtual visits with the doctor in my own home. It allowed us to achieve what it is we want to achieve. I feel like we're a team.
